Open alpha notice · August 26, 2026

Measure attention. Minimize identity.

This notice describes the current Spot & Rally alpha implementation. A jurisdiction-appropriate cookie and tracking assessment remains required before public launch.

01 / Collection

Only what the product needs.

We store account and organization identifiers from our identity provider; profile, product, rally, claim, report, and moderation records you create; payment-provider references in test mode; and first-party pseudonymous visitor tokens, visible-time signals, outbound-click events, and privacy-preserving abuse signals.

Do not put passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in profiles, nominations, evidence, or reports.

02 / Purpose

Qualification, safety, and explanation.

We use this data to operate the two boards, qualify Verified Attention, prevent duplicate and automated scoring, maintain Sponsor ownership, investigate reports, reconcile test payments, secure the service, and explain operator decisions.

03 / Retention

Raw signals expire first.

Visible-time event details for finalized seasons are deleted after 90 days by default. Ephemeral rate-limit counters expire in their configured windows. Award, season-result, payment-ledger, ownership, moderation, and audit records are retained while needed to explain rankings, financial history, safety decisions, and legal obligations. The final production schedule requires approval before open alpha.

04 / Choices

Ask, correct, or report.

You can edit supported profile and product fields from the dashboard. Use the reporting flow on a product or Amplifier profile for safety or accuracy concerns. Account deletion and formal privacy-request operations must be established before open alpha; until then, do not treat this local build as a public service.
