Sponsor Payment Terms

A one-time paid placement service.

A verified product owner or authorized Sponsor administrator may choose a desired cumulative total. The checkout charges only the positive difference above the product's current settled total. The purchase is a one-time business advertising and ranking service in U.S. dollars. It is not a subscription, donation, investment, wager, product endorsement, purchase of traffic, or guaranteed result.

Before paying, the Sponsor must confirm the product, current total, new total, incremental charge, currency, authority to bind the Sponsor, and acceptance of these Terms and the general Terms of Service.

What the payment changes.

Rank changes only after Stripe reports a paid Checkout and Spot & Rally records it in the settled ledger. Rank can change whenever another Sponsor settles a larger total or when a refund, reversal, dispute, correction, or product merge changes a ledger. Payment never affects Verified Attention or moderation.

Refund requests.

Contact support@spotandrally.compromptly with the Sponsor, product, charge date, amount, and reason. We refund duplicate or erroneous charges, failure to provide the purchased placement, and amounts required by law. We may also grant a request made within 14 calendar days when no material placement benefit was delivered. We do not promise refunds for later rank changes, lack of traffic or sales, or a policy enforcement action caused by the Sponsor.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Provider and bank timing varies. The refunded amount is deducted from Sponsor ranking when recorded.

Charge questions and disputes.

Give us a chance to investigate before filing a chargeback. If a dispute is filed, Stripe and the cardholder's bank control the process and final outcome. We may provide the bank with checkout assent, purchase and placement records, policy disclosure, support communications, and relevant fraud evidence. A dispute or reversal reduces the ranking ledger while unresolved or when lost.

Tax and billing information.

Sponsors must provide accurate business and billing information. Applicable taxes will be shown before payment after the operator has registered where required. Live payments will not launch until the service's tax classification and registrations are reviewed. Stripe processes payment credentials; Spot & Rally does not store full card numbers or security codes.
