- What does a Sponsor claim buy?
- A claim buys paid public position for an eligible product on the Sponsor Board. It is a one-time ranking-placement service, not an endorsement or a guarantee of traffic, clicks, conversions, or how long a rank will last.
- How is Sponsor Board position calculated?
- Products with higher net settled Sponsor payment totals rank higher. Equal totals favor the product that reached the amount first. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks reduce the total used to calculate position.
- Who can start a Sponsor claim?
- A verified product owner or an authorized current Sponsor administrator can start a claim after the product is owner-verified and eligible for public ranking. Account participation is for adults at least 18 years old who are located in the United States, can form the agreement, provide accurate account information, and accept the current required policies. Checkout also requires confirmation of Sponsor authority and acceptance of the Sponsor Payment Terms.
- How much does a Sponsor claim cost?
- The Sponsor chooses a desired cumulative spot total in whole $5 increments, starting at $5. Checkout charges only the positive difference above the product's current settled total, and that charge must be at least $5. After a refund or adjustment leaves the settled total between increments, the charge may not itself be a whole $5 increment.
- What happens to a claimed position when a season ends?
- The current-season Sponsor Board starts fresh each Monday at 12:00 AM Eastern. The all-time board continues to use cumulative net settled Sponsor support, and finalized season results remain available in the season archive.
- Does Sponsor payment change Amplifier reputation?
- No. Sponsor support determines paid position on the Sponsor Board. Verified Attention determines earned reputation on the Amplifier Board. Neither signal changes the other.
