Copyright Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Notices.
Send a signed notice to legal@spotandrally.comidentifying the copyrighted work, the material and exact Spot & Rally location, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
We may disable material while reviewing a complete notice, notify the submitting user, preserve evidence, and track repeat infringement. A knowingly false notice can create liability.
Counter-notices.
A user may send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and providing the name, address, telephone number, required federal-court consent, and acceptance of service. We may restore access after 10–14 business days unless the original sender reports a filed court action.
Designated agent status.
The operator has not registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and does not claim statutory safe-harbor status. Registration is deferred while the controlled pilot does not publish the operator and physical-address information required for that public filing. The email channel remains monitored for notices and counter-notices under this policy.
